Marilee Ann Rodrigues

Marilee Ann Rodrigues (nee Hitchcock), from Lutz and Zephyrhills, Florida, gracefully concluded her earthly journey on December 4, 2023, at the age of 63. Born on June 8, 1960, in Trevose, Pennsylvania, she was the cherished daughter of Leonard R. Hitchcock and the late Hope K. Hitchcock.

Marilee embraced her role as a beloved daughter and sister, finding solace and joy in the company of her parents and siblings: Kathleen Shelton, Laura Durofchalk, and Melissa Hitchcock. Family was the cornerstone of her life, and this enduring love extended seamlessly to her cherished position as a devoted mother to her two sons, Brian and John Paul Rodrigues. The pride she felt witnessing her sons evolve into remarkable men, each with their own beautiful families, was immeasurable.

Her warm heart welcomed all who crossed her path. Marilee had a unique gift for making everyone feel like family, her genuine interest and infectious smile leaving an indelible mark on hearts. Even in the face of personal challenges, she exhibited unwavering resilience, forging connections that linger as a testament to her enduring spirit.

Marilee's professional life revolved around service to others, but it was in cosmetology that she truly found her calling. As a nail technician, she passionately devoted many years to her craft, leaving a trail of beautifully adorned hands and hearts.

A Celebration of Life, a tribute to the soul of Marilee Ann Rodrigues, is scheduled for Sunday, December 10, 2023, at 1:00 pm at Turner Funeral Home, 14360 Spring Hill Dr, Spring Hill, FL 34609.
