

Noe L. Di Giovanni age 88 Passed away at home on January 22, 2017. Noe was a resident of Spring Hill, Florida for 10 years former resident of Southbridge, MA for forty years. His wife of over sixty years Giovanna (LeDonne) died December 2007. A Son Walter Di Giovanni died at birth in 1966. Noe leaves behind five daughters: Assunta and Emilia Di Giovanni from Spring Hill, FL; Isabella Byrnes of Southbridge, MA; Carmelina (Carmen) Julian and her husband Dennis of Charlton, MA; Maria Baker and her husband Kurt of Charlton, MA. Noe leaves behind three Grandchildren: Scott Julian and his wife Jessica of Worcester, MA; Adriana Baker of North Grosvenordale, CT; Victoria Baker of Charlton, MA; and many nieces and nephews from U.S., Canada, Italy and Belgium. Noe was born in Pescocostanzo, Italy in 1928. He worked in the coal mines across Europe for many years before coming to this country in 1966 as a legal immigrant with his wife and four daughters. A mason by trade, he began working at the United Lens in Southbridge, MA. Then moved on to the American Optical Co. in Southbridge, MA working there until 1978. He was an Auxiliary Policeman in the town of Southbridge in the 1970's. In 1978 he opened an Italian Market in Southbridge. In the early 1980's he opened Noe's Italian Restaurant for 20 years and then Di Giovanni's Restaurant in Kennebunk, ME. After moving to Florida he enjoyed cooking for his family and friends, he enjoy watching wrestling, growing Italian herbs, gardening, reading, wood working, puzzles and Facebook. Noe enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. Noe was a member of Cabrini Catholic Church in Spring Hill, FL. His funeral will be held February 6th at Graveside of Turner Funeral Home Spring Hill Chapel Florida Hills Memorial Gardens. 14360 Spring Hill Dr. Spring Hill, FL.
