He was born in Tampa, FL on December 13, 1957. Rick graduated from Chamberlain High School and received a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of South Florida.
He was spending his life with the love of his life, Flora Wei. Rick had an established career in water treatment in both Hillsborough and Hernando counties. He had a passion for hunting, fishing, and going on adventures. From testing for a black belt on The Great Wall, Fishing the Kenai Peninsula, driving a camper van through an active volcano field in New Zealand, kissing the Blarney Stone in Ireland, to exploring the rainforests of Australia, we salute him on his final, greatest adventure.
He is survived by his son, Hawk Kirby; his mother, Sylvia Kirby; and both of his brothers Kevin Kirby and Scott Kirby. Memorial Arrangements will be held
