Rich graduated from Germantown High School in 1962. He then served at the U.S. Navy Air Station in Willow Grove, PA. He worked in the medical software systems industry until he retired.
He was a member of the Wellington at Seven Hills Veterans Club, Hernando County Fishing Club and the Asbury Fire Company in NJ. Rich was an avid gardener and enjoyed cooking and baking.
He loved being in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes. Rich and Linda enjoyed traveling around the world.
Rich is survived by his wife Linda; sisters Suzanne Hagen and Ruth WuestKamp; son Rich LaBelle, Jr. and his wife Danielle; daughter Jennifer Snell and her husband Scott; stepson Marc Levy and his wife Debbie; stepdaughter Suzanne Levy; grandchildren Mikayla, Shaun, Dana, Rebecca and Luke; and great granddaughter Arya.
Rich will be buried at the National Veterans Cemetery in Pennsylvania.
