SMITH, Richard L. (R.L.), 65, a lifelong resident of Tampa died Saturday, September 10, 2016. He was a member of First Christian Church of Seminole and retired as a telephone contractor. He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy, his father, Bill Huff and his sister, Sandra Darling. He is survived by his daughter: Krystal Selke (Tripp) of Ruskin; his mother, Margaret Ann Huff of Lakeland, a sister, Peggy Bruffy of Lithia (Tom) and two grandchildren, Whitney Gibson and Hannah Selke.
A memorial service to celebrate Richard’s life will be held at Peninsular Christian Church in South Tampa (3600 W. Ballast Point Blvd., Tampa, FL 33611) on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 1:00 PM. Flowers would be accepted but donations can be made to Interbay Little League at PO Box 13915, Tampa, FL 33681 - donations can also be given at the service.
