Rosemarie was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend whose strength and compassion touched everyone who knew her. A proud 1973 graduate of Hernando High School, she carried herself with determination and unwavering loyalty to the people and values she loved. She was known for her strong spirit, kind heart, and the deep love she shared with her family.
She leaves behind her beloved fiancé, David Staples; her daughter, Kelsey K. Morrill (Megan); her sister, Martha Defalco (Jim); her brother, Dana L. Rice (Jennifer); her nieces, Kelly Vance (Tim), Kinsey Boylan (Jim), and Leah Janssens; her nephews, Connor Rice and Christian Rice; as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews who will forever treasure her memory.
Rosemarie was preceded in death by her father, Fred Rice; her mother, Claire K. Rice; and her brother, David Rice.
Rosemarie will be remembered for her resilience, her love of family, and the strength with which she stood for what she believed in. Her warmth, love, and enduring spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
