Sandra J Blasi

Sandy was born in North Syracuse, NY on August 11, 1939, to John and Doris Olson. Sandy was preceded in death by her beloved husband Francis Blasi on February 15, 2018. Sandy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend whose kindness knew no bounds. Survived by her children Deborah Borgo (Michael), John, along with her two grandchildren Heather Pippin (Chris), Sean Borgo (Anne). Three great grandchildren Emily Pippin, Bryson Borgo, and Owen Borgo. Sister-in-law Marietta Blasi, several nieces and nephews, and many friends who were blessed to know her.

Sandy worked for General Electric in Syracuse, New York after high school as a department secretary, she also worked as a secretary for Dairylea Milk Cooperative in East Syracuse, New York. After moving to Liverpool, New York Sandy started a job with Gaylord Brothers, before moving to Florida in 1978 where she began her career in banking with Barnett Bank, there she worked as a customer service representative for several years. Then upon moving to Spring Hill, Florida, she started working for Spring Hill Utilities, now known as Hernando County Utilities, as a customer service/ cashier, she worked there until her retirement at the age of 71; servicing others where she always went above and beyond.

Sandra was rejoined with her family on October 19, 2026. What a beautiful home coming it must have been reunited with the love of her life, her family, and welcomed into the presence of her heavenly father.

Sandy and her beloved husband were avid cruisers, they both loved the Caribbean. Sandy loved her two dachshunds, Cuddles and Tiffany who preceded her to doggy Heaven. Sandras Celebration of Life will be held in the garden on November 27, 2026 at 11:00AM.
