She was one on the kindest women to ever walk this earth and our family was blessed to have her. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Our mom was born on February 9, 1955 in Camden, New Jersey and moved to Florida in 1989. She enjoyed working at Powell Middle School for 27 years holding various positions in the front office.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Perry Dow, her parents William and Virginia Boothroyd, brother William Boothroyd, her brothers in law William Murray, Norman Dow and Ralph Dow and sister-in-law Gail Boothroyd.
She is survived by her daughters Melissa DeLaRosa and Susan Lockrey (Mark Wasmiller), her grandson Hunter DeLaRosa, her brothers and sisters, Barbara Boothroyd-Giannini, Donald Boothroyd, John Boothroyd, Linda Murray, James Boothroyd (Valarie), Joseph Boothroyd, and Carl Boothroyd and many nieces and nephews.
We will be having a private ceremony at a later date to scatter our mom’s ashes in the Florida Keys.
