A graduate of Fordson High School, Class of 1964, Vitas was devoted to his family and cherished the many friendships he made throughout his life. He loved spending time with those closest to him, playing golf and cards, traveling the world, and enjoying the companionship of his dog, Chewy.
Vitas proudly served in the U.S. Army and later graduated from Ferris State University. He went on to build a fulfilling career as an architect with Albert Kahn Associates in Detroit, Michigan, before retiring and relocating to Florida in 2006.

He found joy in life's simple moments and treasured the time spent with family and friends. Those who knew him will forever cherish the laughter, stories, adventures, and special moments they shared with him.
His presence will be deeply missed, but the love he gave and the memories he created will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
May he rest peacefully, reunited with those who went before him. May his memory forever be a blessing to those he leaves behind.
