Wendell W Stevens

Wendell Stevens, age 92, of Spring Hill, FL passed away on November 11th, 2018. He was born in New York City, NY on May 8th, 1926. Wendell served our country in the Marine Corps and fought at Iwo Jima and received two purple hearts. Wendell went on to spend over 40 years with the US Postal Service doing various administrative duties. He is preceded in death by wife, Jean Ricigliano; second wife, Leigh Ann Stevens; children, Christopher Stevens and Elizabeth Stevens; and brother, Larry Stevens. Survivors include son, John Stevens; granddaughters, Danielle, Carey and Megan; six great-grandchildren and one on the way. A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held on Saturday March 30th, 2019 from 12-2pm at Turner Funeral Home in Spring Hill, FL. A funeral service will begin at 2 pm.
