Wesley Charles Zubritsky, 68, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away on October 24, 2026, at TGH Brooksville, leaving behind a lifetime of cherished memories, laughter, and love shared with his family and friends.
Born on May 29, 1958, in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Wesley was the beloved son of the late John and Wilma (High) Zubritsky.
Wesley was a man who found happiness in life's simple pleasures and believed that some of the best moments were those spent surrounded by the people he loved. He had a wonderful sense of humor, a contagious laugh, and a gift for making others smile. Whether sharing a funny story, enjoying a good conversation, or simply spending time with family, Wesley had a way of making ordinary moments feel special.
For the last 25 years of his life, Wesley worked for Florida Cancer Specialists, where he was appreciated by his colleagues and formed meaningful friendships. His warmth, kindness, and genuine personality left a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to know him.
Wesley had a deep appreciation for music, musicals, and theater. He also enjoyed the beauty of the outdoors and the simple joy of fishing. He loved to laugh, have a good time, and bring happiness to those around him. Above all else, however, Wesley's greatest joy was his family.
Nothing brought him more happiness than his grandchildren. He adored each of them and treasured every opportunity to spend time together. Whether sharing stories, making memories, or simply enjoying their company, his love for his grandchildren was boundless. They held a special place in his heart, and the memories they created together will remain a treasured part of his legacy.
Wesley is lovingly remembered by his children, Christopher Hunt, Lisa (Kyle) Stuart, and Matthew Zubritsky; his grandchildren, Jazalyn, Zoey, Kadence, and Kennedy; his sisters Katherine Hill, and Veronica Zubritsky; and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
Wesley is preceded in passing by his sisters, Anne Reemsnyder, Martha Hammond, Bernedette Nagy, as well as his parents John and Wilma (High) Zubritsky
Wesley will be remembered not only for the years he lived, but for the love he gave, the laughter he shared, and the countless lives he touched along the way. His presence brought joy to family gatherings, his humor brightened difficult days, and his love created memories that will be carried in the hearts of those who knew him.
Though his passing leaves an immeasurable emptiness, his family takes comfort in knowing that the love he shared does not end with his passing. It lives on in every cherished memory, every familiar song, every shared laugh, and every moment spent together.
Wesley's life was a reminder that the greatest gifts we leave behind are not things, but the love we give, the laughter we inspire, and the memories we create. He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
