

Crespo, William Sr., 80, of Spring Hill, FL passed away on August 15th, 2017. William was born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico to Rafael Crespo and Felicita Ruiz. William served in the Army and after separation, moved to New York. After spending 23 years driving buses for New York City Transit, William retired and moved to Spring Hill, FL in 2014. William was a handyman, Mets fan and enjoyed playing dominoes. He is described as loving to make people laugh and make jokes , he enjoyed spending time with his friends and family and he loved to travel but most of all enjoyed going on cruises. William is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Virginia, daughter, Lizette Crespo, son, Willie Crespo Jr., brother, Enrique Crespo, sister, Eumelia Crespo, three grandchildren; Blake, Zachary and Dallas and a beloved uncle to his neices and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, August 19th from 5-8 p.m. and Sunday, August 20th from 1-3 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home in Spring Hill. There will also be a eulogy service held on Sunday evening at 7 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 21st at Turner Funeral Home at 10 a.m. and a committal service will follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to charities of one’s choosing.
