Family held an important place in Bill’s life, as did his beloved Yorkshire terriers, Captain and Daisy, who brought him companionship and joy. Whether traveling, enjoying the ocean, preparing a favorite meal, hosting family and friends, or watching a Buckeyes game, Bill found happiness in the things that mattered most to him.
