Willibald (Bill) Kreutzer, 82 of Spring Hill, entered into rest on March 20, 2019. Bill was born on June 14, 1936 in Vienna, Austria; the son of the late Josefa Kreutzer. He grew up in the small town of Wels during the height of World War II. At the age of 20 he migrated to Canada where he lived and worked in Leamington for seven years, making many lifelong friends. Eventually he migrated to the United States where he met his soon to be wife, Carolynne, at a Germain picnic. Together they started a family and eventually moved to Florida in 1982 where they raised three children. He owned B&K Construction and retired in 2001. He enjoyed “fixing things” around his home, his thriving vegetable garden, playing checkers and cards, and loved German music.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Carolynne of Spring Hill, two daughters Cheryl Glass and her husband Lionel of Lakeland, FL., Karin Kreutzer of Bethesda, MD., one son Thomas Kreutzer and his wife Jackie of Atlanta, GA.,
Family and friends will gather at Turner Funeral Home Spring Hill Chapel, 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill on Monday March 25, 2019 from 12:30 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Celebration of life will follow at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor James Pankow officiating. Interment will follow at Florida Hills Memorial Gardens.
