Mrs. Anne Rowley, of Elizaville, NY, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016, in Poughkeepsie, NY. Mrs. Rowley was born on April 19, 1933, in the Bronx, NY. She was 83 years old. Graveside Services will be held on Sunday, October 2, 2016, 12:30 PM, at Beth El Cemetery, 735 Forest Avenue, Paramus, NJ. Interment will follow.
