Funeral services for Dahlia Rowan will be held Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Hellman Memorial Chapels, 15 State Street, Spring Valley, NY 10977. Interment will follow at Temple Israel Memorial Park, Van Wyck Road, Blauvelt, NY 10913.
