Mr. David Cooper, of Monsey, NY, passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2016, at his residence. Mr. Cooper was born on November 10, 1920, in New York, NY. He was 96 years old. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2016, 1:00 PM, at Wellwood Cemetery, 1400 Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale, NY, with Rabbi Berkman officiating.
