Harriet Friedman

A registered dietician by profession, she worked the bulk of her career at Rockland State Psychiatric Center. Harriet moved to Green Acres, Fla., in 1991 where she enjoyed an active retirement, travel, and many good friendships.

Harriet was predeceased by her first husband, Stanley, of blessed memory. She is survived by four daughters, Sharon Pyes (Merril), Cynthia Tavlin (Josh), Amy O'Connor (Doug), and Susan Welby (Colman), and eight grandchildren Scott, Lauren, Noah, Will, Cameron, Olivia, Jack, and Natalie. Harriet was predeceased by her first husband, Stanley, of blessed memory.

Cryptside services will be held Sunday, March 13, 2022 at 1:15 PM to 2:00 PM at Sanctuary of Abraham & Sarah, 735 Forest Avenue, Paramus, NY 07652.
