Janice was an amazing woman. She was the Keeper of the Family Memories. Although we haven’t seen each other in a long time, we spoke on the phone from time to time. Janice was a teacher and then principal at CSI in Nyack and touched many families' lives. Her knowledge of Judaic practice was deep, as was her creativity for imparting that love of Judaism to our students. Her needlework was magnificent; she wore more than a few of her works, literally, on her back. She was a pleasure to work with. May her memory be for a blessing, and may her family pass down the work of her hands. Our condolences, too, on the death of your father. We did not find that out until fairly recently. So sorry to know that you have lost both parents in such a short period of time. May Ricky's memory be for another blessing. May you be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem. Mya you know no more sorrow.
