Jeffrey B. Napel, 67, of New City, NY, passed away on Sunday morning September 7, 2014, of complications from bladder cancer two and half years after diagnosis. He never gave up and lived his life to the fullest, enjoying his family, his friends, his second home in Florida, and his golf game. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Bonnie, his son, Drew, and his brother, Sandy. Services to be held at Gates of Zion Cemetery, Airmont, NY, on Tuesday September 9, 2014.
