She was very involved in her synagogue, enjoyed many artistic pursuits and loved to travel. Marilyn is predeceased by her husband Morton Troy and is survived by her four children, Mitchell Troy (Sherri), Fran Troy (Trayce), Jodi Pearce (Greg), Eric Troy (Christine), eight grandchildren, one great grandchild and one grandpup. The volunteer “love of her life” was Jawonio Inc. where she volunteered her time for close to 50 years; serving as a board member since 1983. Jawonio provides lifespan services for children, adults and families with intellectual/developmental disabilities, behavioral health challenges, and chronic medical needs.
