Mona Weiss, a resident of Suffern, NY, passed away on December 4, 2014 at age 62. Mona was born November 23, 1952 in the Bronx, NY to Howard and Bettye (Neuwelt) Rubin. For many years, Mona was the manager at G. Anthony Jewelers in Suffern, NY and along with her husband, were longtime members of Temple Beth El in Spring Valley. In addition to her mother Bettye, Mona is survived by her beloved husband Barry, cherished children Michael (Rebecca), Andrew (Lisa) and David Weiss, adoring grandchildren Nathan and Lexi, and loving siblings Bonnie (Michael) Wofsy, Ronald Rubin and Richard (Jill) Rubin. A funeral service will be held today, 11AM at Hellman Memorial Chapels, 15 State Street, Spring Valley, NY. Interment to follow at Cedar Park Cemetery in Paramus, NJ.
