Mr. Feinberg was born on August 26, 1922, in New York, NY. He was 93 years old. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 13, 2015, 10:45 AM, at Hellman Memorial Chapels, 15 State Street, Spring Valley, NY, with Rabbi Grossman officiating.
