Mom passed away peacefully today. She never knew her date of birth, she was assigned a birthday on the boat that brought her to America. She was a feisty, fierce woman who overcame the horrors of the Holocaust. She built a life here in America with her husband Seymour Pincus and their 3 daughters, Debbie, Jeanette and Joyce. In many ways she was very fearless and very much ahead of her time. She started a business more than 60 years ago during a time when women typically stayed at home. Norma was a phenomenal business woman and people came from far and wide for her opinion. She was a fighter up until the last minute, Alzheimer's took her, but not our memories of her. It was her fight for survival that gave life to 3 daughters, 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a legacy that will live forever.
