Pearl Beatrice Dubbs, 90, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2026. Loving wife of the late Seymour Dubbs. Caring mother of Alan Dubbs (Debbie), and Eric Dubbs (Michele). Doting grandmother of Alissa, Melanie, Jordan, and Tyler. Cherished great-grandmother of Joella, and Sierra. Born in New York, NY, Attended Hunter College and received a master’s degree in education. Settled in Rockland for over 60 years. She spent her years as a former teacher and real estate broker. She always enjoyed softball, golf, and tennis. What mattered most to Pearl was her family. She will be dearly missed.
Graveside services will be held at Gates of Zion Cemetery, located at 670 Saddle River Rd, Airmont, NY, 10952, United States. The service is scheduled for January 22, 2026 11:00AM
