Dr. Philip Gilbert Frey, of Nanuet, NY, passed away on Friday, July 8, 2016, at his residence. Dr. Frey was born on September 21, 1933, in the Bronx, NY. He was 82 years old. Graveside Services will be held on Monday, July 11, 2016, 11:00 AM, at King Solomon Cemetery, 550 Dwasline Road, Clifton, NJ. Interment will follow at the family plot.
