Mr. Phillip Fine, of Melboune, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at the William Childs Hospice House, Palm Bay, Florida. Mr. Fine was born on October 5, 1924, in the Bronx, New York. He was 91 years old. Services will be held on Monday, November 9, 2015, 9:00AM, at Hellman Memorial Chapels, 15 State Street, Spring Valley, New York, with Rabbi Daniel Pernick officiating. Interment will follow at Beth El Cemetery, 735 Forest Avenue, Paramus, New Jersey.
