Seymour Jacobs, of Bardonia, NY, passed away on Tuesday November 19, 2013 at Good Samaritan Hospital, surrounded by his family. Mr. Jacobs was born March 10, 1921, in the Bronx, NY. He was 92 years old. Services will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 9:00 AM at Hellman Memorial Chapels, 15 State Street, Spring Valley, NY 10977, with Rabbi Daniel Pernick, officiating.
