It is with a very heavy heart and with great sadness at 103 years young, I lost my Mother at around 9:30 AM.
She was a distinctive force keeping the family together, and always with few words managed to make sure everything and everyone was ok. Lots of things was very important but most of all was family.
My mother and the family suffered much loss over the years and always handled it with dignity and always knew what to say. This was a woman that lived and had seen so many things in her life even when she worked for the US Army in Brooklyn during the war.
She ran an amazing household that could not be topped. Always making sure there was always a roof over our heads and food on the table along with my Father made for the perfect living environment. From the Hotels in the Catskills to Florida and the home in Saranac lake where the summers were spent.
Mom no matter what you did a great job with us and will never be forgotten. Now you are with Dad, Steve, Bob, Gail(Karen), you sister and others.
Rest in peace Mom you will be forever in my heart and mind till the end of time. I miss you and always will.
Love you mom.
