Stanford Klapper of Washington Township, NJ, passed away on Friday July 12, 2013 at Valley Hospital surrounded by his family. Mr. Klapper was born August 4, 1934, in Bronx, NY. He was 78 years old. Services will be held on Sunday July 14, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Hellman Memorial Chapels, 15 State Street, Spring Valley, NY 10977, with Cantor Marcy Kadin officiating. Interment will be private.
