Toby Fleisher of River Vale, NJ passed away at the age of 87 on Monday, September 14, 2026, after a brave battle with cancer. Toby was a truly extraordinary person who left an everlasting mark on everyone with whom she came into contact. She was a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend. Toby leaves behind her adoring husband, Sidney, her devoted children Steven (Lynn) and Gail (Michael), her grandchildren Rachel (Ben), Joshua (Marina) and Zachery (Juliana), her great-granddaughter, Sadie, and her devoted nieces and nephews. Toby was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and later she and Sid raised their family in Spring Valley, NY. Toby bequeathed to us all a lasting legacy of love, compassion, humor, gentleness, and the spirit of a truly extraordinary person.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, 11:30 AM in the Sanctuary of Abraham and Sarah, 735 Forest Avenue, Paramus, NJ 07652. Interment will follow services at Cedar Park Cemetery, Paramus, NJ.
