I will miss seeing Bill in the Courthouse. He was held in such high regard by the whole bench and bar. When I was a young lawyer, just starting out, he would always greet me so warmly and even though I know he was a busy man he was always willing to lend me his ear and experience. I know many young attorneys who found, in Bill, a friendly and helpful colleague with a quick wit and a sharp legal mind. I'm so sorry to hear of his loss. What a great lawyer. What a good man.

to Lynne and family - I'm so sorry to lean of Bill's passing.  I knew him for more than 40 years, and he always had my greatest respect and that of all those who dealt with him. He was a true gentleman in the practice of law, and in life; his word was his bond.  Many will mourn his passing, and with him goes part of another era.  My sympathies to Lynn and the family.
