To honor Bill's memory, I hope to continue "spinning" to Bill's music until I'm 90.

Bill Davis was a one in a million. I am
Tracy Garrison his indoor cycling instructor for the past 13 years
at JCC.Bill came to my class 4x’s a week with an undeniable exuberance that touched every member in the class. Bill & I formed a friendship that kept Us BOTH Going No Matter What. Bill also volunteered at Hospice & met my mother who was there during his volunteer time, & my 2 sisters. After my mom passed, Bill encouraged me to have a Hospice Spin-A-Thon & together we raised thousands of dollars for Hospice in an hour and a half cycling class.! Over our years together, Bill would get music for me through his son-in-law & we would enjoy the new music Bill would give me to play during class. Every Christmas, Bill would enthusiastically hand me a Christmas Card With $50.00 in it & Bill also never forgot my birthday & I would get a card then as well. We celebrated Bill’s birthday every year in class with a special birthday playlist I made specifically for him. He would come up to me after class with tears in his eyes dumbfounded that I played a certain song that he used to sing to his wife, the love of his life called Dream A Little Dream Of Me, sung by Mama Cass from the Mamas & the Papas. He also had many of his own personal favorite songs . (Ghost)Riders In The Storm by The Outlaws, Bolero by Charles Munch, Let’s Dance by Benny Goodman, Take Five by The Dave Brubeck Quartet. I also would play Wedding Bell Blues by The 5th Dimension & we all had a great laugh & looked forward to celebrating Bill’s life each year. We recently would see each other starting on 1/1/21 after my Sunday & Tuesday spin classes. He would wait for the 10 members to leave(we went from 37 bikes to 10 to space everyone out)& come into the room after everyone left & we would catch up on each other’s lives & then he would spin by himself for the hour but not before we would blow each other kisses threw our masks & tell each other I LOVE U!! He will be Terribly Missed by ALL Who Met Him
