Mr. Howard was a very loving, caring and genuine person. (One of a kind.) As a kid, growing up with Cheri, he always had a smile on his face and welcomed me into his home with open arms. He will be greatly missed by all. May he rest in peace and know he will never be forgotten. My heart and prayers go out to his family and friends. Love, Mindi Jenks Neal

A cousin I seldom saw over the years. Yet always knew we were family. His father and my father were brothers. My father was Wick Howard. Rest In Peace Cousin Burl.
