Dolores Santon

September 24, 2022, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Dolores Santon, passed away peacefully in Springboro, Ohio surrounded by her family and special companion. Born in Cleveland, Ohio February 26, 1937, Dolores was preceded in death by parents Anthony J. and Celia Vacca Santon, brother Lawrence Santon, and Robert Gadbau. She is survived by daughters Laura Laclede (David), Jean Demosky (David), and Annette Carlson (Shane), grandchildren Megan Myers, Jeffrey Laclede, Kathryn Laclede (Ryan Timms), Arlene Carlson-Payne (Zak), and Tristan Carlson, great granddaughter Hadley Mayles, nephew Douglas Santon (Dawn), great-nephews Colin and Charles Santon, and very special companion Bill Gervers. Dolores was an exceptionally creative and imaginative individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on helping others. A career Registered Nurse, she progressed from floor nurse to nursing instructor to hospital director of quality assurance all while managing to raise her daughters with compassion and strength. A great listener, she was advisor to her children and grandchildren alike. Each will dearly miss her wisdom and support.
