

Family was very important to Granny, and she was neighborhood mother to many. She also was a girl scout leader, 4-H advisor, and taught cake decorating at the Warren County Career Center, and she was very active at the Carlisle Railroad Days.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Albert Alliss; son, Jerald Hurst, Gene Hurst; grandson, Jonathan Alliss, Dylan Alliss, Todd Ledford; great-great granddaughter, Kali Smith; sisters, Loretta Stewart, Theresa Stebelton, Marilyn Browder, Edna Mae Cable; brothers, Francis Acord, Everett Acord Jr.
Granny is survived by daughters, Jennifer Brown, Denise (Rick) Hirschbach; sons, Sam (Cindy) Hurst, Daniel Hurst Sr., Everett "Beatle" (Tina) Hurst, Roger Hurst, Mike Hurst (Jeff Ledford), Jeremy (Angel) Alliss; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends.
A visitation for Granny will be held on Monday March 10, 2025 at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. Second Street Franklin, Ohio 45005 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday March 11, 2025 at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will be at Heritage Hills Memory Gardens.
