Norm was an avid golfer, and he truly had a love and and talent for the game. He was a member of the NCR country club where he played for many years. While he was an excellent golfer, family was even more important to him, and he excelled at being a husband, father, and grandfather, although he may have not been able to beat his granddaughter in gin rummy. When working, Norm worked at NCR, before venturing out to start Century Data, working as a computer programmer early on in the days of computers. All in all Norm can be described as a very caring, and gentle man, who was loved by all.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilmer and Wilma Roush.
Norm is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary Roush (King); daughter, Tonya (Erik) Roodman; granddaughters, Natalie, and Madelaine Roodman; as well as many extended family and friends.
A celebration of life for Norm will be held Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 3:30 PM at Anderson Funeral Home, 40 North Main Street, Springboro, Ohio 45066, where everyone is encouraged to bring their favorite story about Norm.
