Steve proudly served in the U.S. Navy. Steve, "Wormie," worked at Armco/Ak steel for 36 years. He was a beloved husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed tinkering with vehicles, motorcycles and loved to garden.
Steve is survived by his wife, Sharen (Powell), daughter Stephanie and son in law Chris Mentrup. He also has one granddaughter, Madeline.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at the Anderson Funeral Home- Springboro Chapel, 40 North Main Street, Springboro, Ohio with Wayne Pendleton officiating. Interment with military honors will follow in Springboro Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the services on Saturday.
