Aline was born on June 6, 1935, in Hampden, ME, the daughter of Walter E. and Orasie LaPointe Whitney. She married Harold “Hal” Patterson on April 11, 1979, in Springfield; he preceded her in death.
Aline was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Pekin. She enjoyed fishing and traveling to Laughlin, NV.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Lee McHenry; first husband, Harold McHenry; parents; three brothers; and one sister.
She is survived by one brother, Dan Whitney of Bangor, ME.
Cremation was provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center prior to private family ceremonies.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Shriner’s Hospital for Children.
