Anna B. Speder, 89, of Springfield, passed away at 9:08 a.m. Saturday, March 30, 2002 at her residence. Anna was born February 16, 1913 the daughter of Frederich and Berta Reichert Fressdorf in Sintauten, Lithuania. Anna was employed as a factory line worker for International Shoe Company. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. She is survived by two sons: Gustav “Gus” (wife, Kathy) Speder of Springfield; Walter (wife, Margaret) Speder of Springfield; one sister: Lydia Zoth of Germany; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Friends may call at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home from 4-7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, 2002. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2002 at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home with Reverend Thomas Radtke officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery. In leiu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church 220 S. 2nd St., Springfield, IL 62701. The family of Anna B.
