Aurelia J. Jones Watkins

She was born on Aug. 16, 1934 in Sandersville, GA, the daughter of the late Jim and Helen (Daniels) Jones. She married David C. Watkins on Feb. 1967 and he preceded her in death in March of 1998.

Mrs. Watkins was a business owner and a member of the Power Squadron.

She is survived by 3 sons, Joe (wife Cheryl) Summerlin of McDoungh, GA, Tom (wife Kim) Summerlin of Springfield, and Ron (wife Michel) Watkins of Champaign, IL, 7 grandchildren, Jeremy, Nicole, Will, Ashley, Sara, Michael, and Ava, a niece Helen Orr of Sandersville, GA, and a sister-in-law, Robin Weaver of Duluth, MN. She was preceded in death by 2 children.

Services are under the direction of Bisch and Son Funeral Home where a memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010 at 10 am.
