

Bill Nation, 37, of Springfield, died at 3:16 p.m. on Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at his residence. Bill was born August 8, 1969 in Springfield, the son of William Taylor and Paulette L. Ozellis Nation. Bill was a graduate of Lanphier High School. He worked as a technician at Jiffy Lube. Bill loved to bowl and play baseball. He was a member of the United States Bowling Congress and bowled with the Charlie Warren League. Bill was also a diehard Chicago Cubs fan. He is survived by his parents: Paula Nation of Springfield and William Nation of Wisconsin; one brother: Jason (wife, Amy) Nation of Springfield; companion: Tracyn Paoni of Springfield; and two aunts: Mary Jo Ozellis of Springfield and Donna Grady of Rochester. The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home with Scott Brindley officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
