Bobby G Boring

Bobby was born in Springfield, MO, July 5, 1926 the son of George and Effie (Smith) Boring. After graduating from high school, Bobby enlisted and served in the United States Army during WW II. He earned the certification as a sharpshooter of the M1 Rifle.

Bobby returned from service and married V. Christine Riedesel in Springfield, IL October 8, 1950. She preceded him in death, August 24, 2000. He was also preceded in death by his son, Wade C. Boring, his parents, four brothers and a sister.

Bobby retired after many years of service from Evans Masonry Contractors as a project estimator. He was a member of the ELKS, the American Legion and Laurel United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his daughter, Jerie (Michael) Schussele of Springfield.

Cremation rites will be accorded by the Bisch and Son Crematory. Private inurnment will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may directed to a charity of choice.
