He was born on March 8, 1959 in Springfield, the son of Charles R. and Glenda (Easdale) Withers, Sr. He married Lori Ruh and she preceded him in death in 2018.
Charles worked as a concrete finisher in the family business, C.R.W. Concrete.
He is survived by his daughter Laci Lynn Withers of Petersburg, IL; 2 step-sons, Joshua Ruh of Petersburg, IL and Shyler Pecora of Taylorville, IL; his mother Glenda Withers of Springfield; his sister Dawna D. (Anthony) Weyant of Sherman, IL; his brother William J. Withers of Springfield; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his wife, he was preceded in death by his father Charles R. Withers, Sr.
Arrangements are under the direction of Bisch and Son Funeral Home, 505 E. Allen, Springfield. Cremation rites were accorded. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 11 am at Trinity Church of the Nazarene, 1105 N. Daniels, Springfield, IL 62702.
