Christine P. Moore, 64, of Springfield, died at 1:37 a.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Memorial Medical Center. Christine was born November 7, 1951 in Springfield, the daughter of Elmer J. and Elda I. Jombock Buckley. She married Morris C. Moore on July 20, 1981 in Springfield; he preceded her in death. Christine was a 1970 graduate of Ursuline Academy and retired from the Illinois Department of Transportation after 33 years of service, where she was a permit rider evaluator. She was a member of the Church of the Little Flower and enjoyed crocheting, cake decorating, and loved her pets. She was also preceded in death by her parents and her Yorkie companion of 18 years, Cindy. She is survived by several cousins. Cremation was accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center prior to ceremonies. Memorial Mass: 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 20, 2015 at Church of the Little Flower, 800 Stevenson Dr., Springfield, with Rev. John R. Nolan celebrant. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
