Mr. Applegate is survived by three brothers: Clarence T. (Donna) Applegate of Springfield, Raymond T. Coulson of Springfield and Robert E. (Jill) Coulson of Bremerton, Washington and several nieces and nephews.
Clifford attended Lincoln Land Community College and graduated from Sangamon State University. He was a member of First Church of the Brethren.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at Bisch and Son Funeral Home, 505 East Allen Street. A graveside service will be held at 10:00am on Friday, August 5, 2022 at Mechanicsburg Cemetery.
