Daniel Allen Laager

He was born June 28, 2003, in Springfield, IL, the son of Brandy A. Laager and Wesley A. Bunting.

Daniel’s dream was to follow in his Grandpa’s footsteps and become a semi driver.

Daniel loved the outdoors, hanging out with family and friends, sitting by campfire, camping, swimming, hunting, fishing, loved driving and capturing open sceneries.

Daniel played many musical instruments, but mainly the tenor sax.

Daniel loved life and lived it to the fullest. He will be greatly missed and in our hearts always.

He was preceded in death by his Brother, Wesley A. Bunting, Jr. and Maternal grandfather, Dennis D. Laager.

Daniel is survived by his Mother, Brandy A. (Romelo Underhill) Laager; Father, Wesley A. (Charlsea Disbrow) Bunting; Maternal grandmother, Debra Laager; Paternal grandmother, Patricia Sparacino; Paternal grandfather, Rex Osmond; Siblings, Tianna, Tiarra, Ziarra, Romelo “RJ”, and Laylahni Laager, Carry and Evah Bunting, and Rhacyn Hamilton; Step-siblings, Mia Disbrow, Christian Farlee, Faith and Catalina Howard, Zaunder, Azlo, and Laris Hamilton, and Dante Bilbrow.

Cremation will be provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center.

Visitation: Family will receive friends from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 20, 2024, at Butler Funeral Home- 900 S. 6th St., Springfield, IL.

The family will host a Repast (Celebration of Life) following the visitation at 3rd Presbyterian Church, 1030 N. 7th St., Springfield, Il. 6.00 until 8:00 p.m.
