David Lee Burris, 46, of Chatham, formerly of St Louis, died Friday, October 14, 2011. He was born on August 19, 1965 in St. Louis, MO. He worked as a waiter in restaurants and as a printer at Stifel Nicolaus. David enjoyed gardening, baking pies (his specialty), and cooking. He loved animals. David is survived by his mother, Shirley Burris of Chatham, sister Donna (Ronald) Gillette of Springfield, niece Nicole Gillette and nephew Lucas Gillette; step sisters Gina (Anthony) Cardile of O�Fallon, IL and Tammy (Lloyd) Lawson, several step nieces and nephews; Aunt, Beverly Chastain of Springfield and several cousins. Visitation and Funeral: 9:30am until the time of services at 11am, on Monday, October 17, at Chatham United Methodist Church, 104 W. Chestnut, Chatham. Reverend Sara Isbell, his pastor, will officiate. Burial: Oak Ridge Cemetery. Memorials: Ryan White Foundation
