Debra Elmore

Debra "Debe" Sue Elmore, 56, of Springfield, died at 12:10 p.m. on September 22, 2008 at Memorial Medical Center. Debra was born July 25, 1952 in Springfield, the daughter of Gus E. and Edna Smith Urbain, Jr. She married Robert Elmore in 1972. Debra was a 1970 graduate of Lanphier High School. She worked at Family Wholesale Florist in Springfield. She had a great love of dogs, especially pugs. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Marjorie Pickford; brothers, Jack and Bob Pickford; and a granddaughter, Sophia Reynolds. She is survived by her husband of over thirty-six years, Robert Elmore of Springfield; son, Lance Elmore of Springfield; daughters, Decky (husband, Rick) Hanes of Springfield and Melissa (husband, Alex) Reynolds of Riverton; grandchildren, Branson Hanes, Seth and Sloan Reynolds; sisters, Peggy (husband, Nick) Roscetti of Riverton and Beverly Urbain of Springfield; brother, Bill (wife, Barbara) Pickford of Springfield; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will receive friends from 5:00 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2008 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield. Funeral ceremonies will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26, 2008 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home with Rev. Clint Cook officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Elmore Family to be donated at their discretion.
