Dean grew up in the wonderful small town of Elkhart, Illinois and graduated from Elkhart High School in 1967. He worked for various State of Illinois Agencies and retired working for DCEO. Dean graduated from Lincoln College with AA Degree and from UIS with a BA Degree. He was a member of the Springfield Ski Club for many years and traveled with the Club on many of their wonderful trips, Dean was also a member of the Springfield Mason’s.
Cremation rites were accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, February 24, 2023 at 2 pm at Bisch Funeral Home West, 2931 S. Koke Mill Rd., Springfield. Inurnment will take place at Elkhart Cemetery in Elkhart, IL at a later date.
